Active Projects
If you decide to cancel our services while your project is still in progress, we’ll refund the remaining balance on a pro-rata basis, keeping only the amount for the work already completed.
Projects 90 Days Old or More
Any project that’s been around for 90 days or more, whether active, on hold, or completed, isn’t eligible for a refund. Time flies, and so does our refund window.
Prepaid Plans
Prepaid plans are billed quarterly, semi-annually, or annually. If you cancel early, you’ll get a prorated refund based on the original (non-discounted) rate for the services used. Even if you got a sweet discount, the refund will be calculated as if you paid the standard rate. For example, if you cancel a 12-month plan after 6 months, we’ll calculate the used services at the full price, deduct that from what you paid, and refund the remainder.
Here’s an example of how our cancellation policy works:
Let’s say you choose our 12-month SEO marketing plan, which typically costs $1,000 per month, totaling $12,000 annually. To show our appreciation for your commitment, you receive a 33% discount for paying upfront, bringing your total to $8,040.
Now, let’s imagine that after 6 months, you decide to cancel the plan. To calculate your refund, we’ll determine the cost of the services you’ve already used based on the original monthly rate of $1,000. This comes to $6,000 ($1,000 per month x 6 months).
We then subtract the cost of the services used ($6,000) from the amount you paid upfront ($8,040), leaving you with a credit of $2,040 ($8,040 – $6,000).
Finally, we divide the remaining credit ($2,040) by the number of remaining months in the plan (6 months), which equals $510 per month.
So, if you were to cancel your 12-month plan after 8 months, you would receive a total refund of $2,040.
Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method.

Recurring Payment Policy

Some web design and development projects might also be on a recurring payment schedule, depending on their complexity and duration.
Client Feedback and Approval
We need your prompt feedback to keep things moving smoothly. If we don’t hear back from you within 30 days or by the project completion date, whichever comes first, we’ll proceed with auto-approval. You won’t be eligible for a full refund, but we might agree on a partial one.

Client Websites
At VSA, we take no responsibility for any damages to your website or any related entities. If you’re not satisfied with our services, you can request a refund and stop using the site. We won’t be liable for any accidental data loss or penalties from search engines. We only use white-hat SEO strategies that comply with Google Guidelines. Any action we take, we do so only after informing the client and seeking their approval beforehand.
Changes to Client Website (General)
We advise all clients to routinely backups their website in case of any data loss. We’re not responsible for any data loss or website issues. Always inform us before making any changes to your website.
Changes to Website META Tags
Altering your website template, design, or META tags can affect rankings and traffic. We strongly advise and recommend that clients never change any META details or content on a landing page or website without informing us beforehand. We’re not responsible for any loss in rankings or traffic due to changes made without our knowledge.
Search Engine Penalties
If a search engine penalizes your site, VSA won’t be held responsible. We practice white-hat SEO according to Google’s guidelines, with your approval for any changes. Should search engines penalize the site for any reason, we will not be held liable or accountable.
Web Development Policy
VSA exclusively develops websites at the specific request of our clients. It’s important to understand that we are not responsible for any unforeseen damages that may occur to your website, such as data loss, theft, or disruption to online or offline systems. To minimize potential risks, we recommend granting us user-level access whenever possible, as this helps ensure your website’s security. We also strongly advise changing your login credentials promptly upon project completion. To safeguard your data, we recommend maintaining a regular, independent backup of your website. Please note that VSA is not liable for any unforeseen events, such as the accidental erasure of your website or its removal from search engine indexes.
SEO Work
VSA is not responsible for any changes in how search engines index and rank websites. We cannot be held liable for any loss of rankings or website traffic resulting from search engine updates or changes in our SEO strategies. Delays or issues caused by your website hosting provider, your internet service provider, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility. By using our services, you agree to waive any claims against VSA for any loss, theft, or disruption to your website or associated properties.
Google My Business Setup & Recovery Service
Eligibility
Our “GMB Profile Setup” service is designed to help you create a brand new Google My Business (GMB) profile. If you already have an existing GMB account, this service won’t be applicable to your needs.
Required Documents
To use VSA’s GMB service, you’ll need to provide some valid identification and essential business documents to Google for verification purposes. It’s important to note that any missing documents may cause delays in setting up your profile, and VSA won’t be responsible for these delays.
Verification Video Calls
As part of the verification process, Google might request you to participate in a video call. These calls are crucial for security reasons and to confirm your identity. If you’re unable to participate in these calls, it may delay the setup process, and VSA can’t be held liable for those delays.
GMB Profile Setup & Support
Once your GMB profile is set up and optimized, we’ll provide you with 30 days of complimentary support. This support covers any technical issues you might encounter, questions about optimization, or general inquiries related to your GMB listing. Please note that after 30 days, any further support needs will require a new agreement with VSA.
Suspended GMB Listing
If your GMB listing gets suspended for any reason, we recommend following the steps outlined by our support team carefully. It’s important to understand that if you don’t follow these steps, VSA won’t be responsible for any delays or difficulties in getting your profile reinstated.
Dispute Resolution

However, if the issue can’t be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to seek Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) through the American Arbitration Association (adr.org).
Image Policy
When working on client projects, we always use legally permissible stock images. However, if you’d like exclusive rights to specific images, additional fees may apply. It’s important to us that we never use copyrighted images without proper authorization.
